Refund policy

• Refund requests are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase for damaged or broken items. 
• Please send refund requests to crispybearcathexes@gmail.com with "REFUND" in the subject line. 
• No returns accepted. We cannot fix broken glassware. Please do not mail the broken glass back and kindly dispose/recycle it according to your local area's policies.
